The associates follow you around the store especially if your skin is darker than their. I was in a few days and noticed they were following me and my granddaughter so I decided to make them follow me all over it was funny af they follow from one end of the store to the next. They lost money that day,I'm telling everyone to beware

I bought a pair of sketchers for $70.02 I returned them 2 days later I had not worn them at all I thought I was getting a refund on my debit card . After a week or so I called bc my credit for refund had not shown up on my bank account I was told that they would mail my refund and it would take 3 weeks to get it in the mail . After 3 weeks still no check I have called repeatedly going on 2 months now spoken to manager and they finally gave me a transaction number and told me to dispute the transaction with my bank ! I should not have to do they they are responsible for crediting my account . They are rude talk down tone and say there is nothing I can do about it . I will NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN . This can’t be legal .

I have been here a few times and found what i wanted every time. Kathy was TREMENDOUSLY helpful all around the store. From reaching my size shoe to providing me with information about my rewards account at the register. We will definitely return here.
